All payments are handled through Paypal, one of the most advanced and secure payment gateways on the planet.  You can pay with your Paypal account or with any major credit card through the Paypal gateway.  If you have any issues/concerns about Paypal payments or having issues with the Paypal shopping cart please contact us.  We can accept credit cards over the phone.  


Books are heavy, and many of ours expensive.  We use a variety of shipping methods.  We will look for the most cost effective and safe method available depending on  the weight and value of your order and your shipping location.  Most smaller orders will ship via USPS media mail.  Larger orders via UPS ground.  Expedited shipping is available, but not through an online purchase.  If you need expedited shipping (for example, an overnight), please email info@tattoobookshop.com with your phone number and we can try and accomodate.


We offer a 30 day money back gaurantee on all products.  Returns must be unused and not damaged.  Please remember books can be damaged in transit, so pack carefully.  We offer a replacement or store credit on any accepted returns.  Please contact us at info@tattoobookshop.com to secure a return authorization number (RA#) before returning a product.  Any return received without an RA# will be marked return to sender and refused.  The RA# must appear on the OUTSIDE of the return.

We do not offer refunds.
